Slovenija Partisan Printing Shop was the largest and technically best equipped partisan printing shop in the region of Primorska. It is located on a nearly inaccessible slope under the plateau of Vojsko  and operated from September 1944 till May 1945.

  • How to get there:
    The venue is easiest to reach following the road for Vojsko. From Vojsko there are two roads available. The first one leads you in the direction of Vojščica, the turning for the printing shop comes after two km. This road is also suitable for buses. From the parking space down to the venue it takes you about 20 minutes of a steep descent. The other road leads you from the centre of Vojsko towards the homestead ‘Hum’. In the first bend after you pass the farm, turn left on the forest road that will bring you under the venue of the printing shop. To reach it, you have about 5 minutes of walking up the slope. This road is not suitable for buses.

Slovenija Partisan Printing Shop has been preserved entirely and has been open to visitors as a cultural monument since 1947. Both printing machines are still intact and active. The smaller one is regularly used by the caretaker to print out leaflets as souvenirs for the visitors.
