At the end of November, the heart of Idrija will come alive with the magical atmosphere of the Advent season. Festival Perkmandlc 2026 brings a diverse programme of music, culture and culinary delights. Join us in Idrija and enjoy the relaxed, festive atmosphere!

As November turns into December, the Advent season awakens in Idrija with Festival Perkmandlc. It is a time when locals and visitors come together among market stalls, twinkling lights and smiles to celebrate the rich heritage of this mining town and welcome the start of the festive season.

  • 29 November, 16:30 – Christmas Lights Switch-On and Cona 40, Mestni trg (Town Square)
