Description of the Experience
Lajšt, the most popular summer refreshment spot at the confluence of the Idrijca and Belca rivers, welcomes you in every season with its enchanting natural beauty. Experience a fresh morning embraced by nature, awaken your senses with the soothing sound of the gong and other instruments, and indulge in rich local flavors.
In collaboration with local animators and providers, this experience in the Zgornja Idrijca Landscape Park offers a true, multi-sensory introduction to the park—an immersive journey designed for visitors seeking relaxation in nature and authentic local delicacies that recharge both body and mind.
The experience consists of:
Sound bath with gong and holistic instruments
A deeply relaxing session using sound and vibration to promote calmness, inner balance, and stress relief. The session is led by Ančka Istenič, an integral sound therapist.
Welcome drink and tasting experience
A refreshing herbal tea and selected local delicacies served picnic-style (vegetarian option available). The culinary experience is provided by Martina Čuk – Fina kava, offering carefully selected local flavors to fully enjoy the spirit of the region.

Duration of the experience: 2 hours
The experience is carried out by prior arrangement for couples or groups of 2 to 6 people.
For the most authentic nature experience, we recommend booking a morning time slot.
The experience takes place outdoors at Lajšt in Idrijska Bela, within the Zgornja Idrijca Landscape Park. In case of colder or unfavorable weather, it is held at Divja bajta (entry point to the Landscape Park) in Podroteja.
